    • Preview your presentation by clicking on the “Slide Show” tab and selecting “From Beginning”.
    • Practice delivering your presentation to ensure smooth transitions and proper timing.
  8. Save and Share:
    • Click on the “File” tab and select “Save As” to save your presentation.
    • Choose a location on your computer, give your presentation a name, and click “Save”.
    • To share your presentation, you can save it to OneDrive or SharePoint, or export it as a PDF or video file.
